Membership

How do I cancel my subscription?

This is easy to do. However, if there's an issue with your box, please reach out to support@LippieClub.com. We can help! Also, consider skipping your next renewal. Maybe you just need a break and want to skip a month -- no problem. Just log onto your OC Lipstick Club account and find your active subscription. Click edit, and modify or cancel your account. Be sure to save the changes.

What's the Return Policy?

We do not process traditional returns, so you will not receive a refund. However, we will replace any item that is broken or damaged in shipment. You are responsible for any postage and fees associated with returning your product. As a replacement, you will receive an item that is similar or equal in value. Do inspect your package right away, as we expect the return of damaged items within 30 days of purchase.  To protect against loss, we suggest that you track and insure your package. Simply contact support@LippieClub.com to initiate the exchange process. 

What if I don't like a product in this month's box? 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority! We will gladly exchange one unwanted item in your box, for a different item that you may prefer. Please initiate your product swap by e-mail, using 'Product Swap' in the subject line. In your message, you may indicate your preference for lip balm, lip gloss, or lipstick. Simply contact support@LippieClub.com to start the process.

Billing

When will I be billed each month?

Billing and renewal occur on the 15th day of the month, with boxes shipping during the first two weeks of the following month. For example, if you sign-up in the month of November, you will receive December's shipment, and re-billing (for the January box) is on the 15th of December.

How do I update my credit card or billing information?

Simply log onto your OC Lipstick Club account to make any address or billing updates.

Shipping 

How much is shipping?

Within the continental United States, the cost of shipping is $2.95 (for each box). There is a cost of $15.00 for international shipping, with a reduced rate of $10.00 for Mexico and Canada.

How quickly will I get my order?

Your first box ships within 10 days, and may or may not be consistent with our current monthly theme. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive (10-14 days for international shipments). Be sure to check your e-mail for tracking information. Renewal boxes ship within the first two weeks of the month.

One of my items is damaged or broken. What should I do?

Why didn't I receive this month's box?

There's a good chance that you received a 'welcome box' after sign-up. We send these out within 10 days, to minimize wait time after your initial payment. This means that you received your box ahead of schedule and may not be due for a current shipment. Please direct shipping questions to support@LippieClub.com. We are happy to review your account!

How do I check my gift certificate balance?

Log onto your accounts page to see gift certificate balances.

How do I buy a gift subscription for someone else?

You will find the gift option available throughout the site. We have gift certificates available in $30, $90, and $300 increments. Simply choose your gift value and when you have completed your purchase, you will receive an electronic certificate. This can be printed, or simply forwarded to the recipient. 

Can a gift certificate be used more than once?

Yes, as long as the gift certificate carries a balance.
